✨ Workshop Description:
Step into the magical world of shadow puppetry and storytelling, where children get to build, imagine, create and perform!
Over two days, children will discover how light, shadows and silhouettes can be used to tell stories. They’ll build and name their own mini shadow theatre using a cardboard box and craft materials, then learn the basics of storytelling and create an original short story with their own characters and scenes.
On Day 2, children will transform their characters into paper silhouette puppets, put their story and theatre together, and bring it to life through a shadow performance. Every child gets their own moment to present their story to the group — followed by applause and encouraging feedback!
