At Inomi, we’re committed to creating a safe, fair and joyful learning space for every child. These Terms & Conditions are written in a parent-friendly way so you know exactly what to expect.
Enrollment & Participation
- Admission is confirmed only after registration and fee payment.
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate details during registration.
- Children must meet the age-appropriateness of the program.
Fees & Payments
- All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise communicated.
- Program/workshop fees are non-refundable, except in special cases (see Cancellations & Refunds).
- Fees may be revised with prior notice.
Attendance & Conduct
- Regular attendance is encouraged for the best experience.
- Children are expected to engage respectfully with peers and teachers.
- Inomi may withdraw a child if behavior consistently disrupts learning or safety.
Safety & Wellbeing
- We do our best to ensure a safe environment, but Inomi is not liable for minor injuries or unforeseen incidents.
- Please share any health conditions or allergies with us at the time of enrollment.
Learning & Behavioural Support
- Every child is unique – we welcome children of all abilities with warmth and openness.
- To support your child better, please share in advance any learning needs, behavioural challenges or disabilities.
- While we will do our best to accommodate, Inomi cannot take responsibility if such details are not shared with us beforehand.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Regular Classes: We allow up to 3 missed sessions per month, which can be adjusted in the next billing cycle. Please note: we cannot guarantee repeating the same topics, though we will try.
- Workshops & One-time Events: Cancellations 72+ hours before can be rescheduled (subject to availability). Less than 72 hours are non-refundable. Bookings may be transferred to another child (with our confirmation, 24 hours in advance).• By Inomi: In case we cancel, you may opt for a rescheduled session or a refund/credit.
Birthdays & Special Events
- We love celebrating birthdays and special days with creative activities for kids!
- Bookings are confirmed with an advance payment.
- Changes can be made up to 7 days in advance (subject to availability).
- Advance payments are non-refundable if customized materials/facilitators are already booked.
- Hosts may arrange their own food, décor, or extras outside the package.
- Inomi is not liable for disruptions due to external factors (e.g., power outages, weather).
Media & Photography
- We may capture photos/videos for documentation and promotions.
- If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please let us know at enrollment.
Intellectual Property
- All curriculum and content belong to Inomi and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
- Children’s artworks are theirs, but we may showcase them with your consent.
Final Note
- By enrolling or booking with Inomi, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
