🥦 Workshop Description

Does your child think healthy food is boring or reach for fast food more often than fruits? 🥕
In this fun, interactive food & nutrition workshop for kids, food becomes a playground for learning! Through hands-on games, creative challenges, and visual storytelling, children explore what makes a balanced plate — understanding how different food groups keep their bodies active, strong, and happy.

Kids will design their very own “My Healthy Plate” — identifying proteins, carbs, vegetables, fruits, and treats — and learn how to make smarter food choices every day.

No boring theory, just discovery through play! By the end, children will understand how healthy eating fuels energy, focus, and emotions — while developing gratitude and mindfulness around everyday meals. 🌈🍎

💛 Important Instructions

• Parents are requested to drop off and pick up after the session.
• Limited waiting outside our studio classroom; no waiting inside EuroKids reception or classrooms.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your child can settle in comfortably.
• Carry a water bottle and dress your child in comfortable clothes — things might get a little colorful!
• Make sure your child eats well before the session as there won’t be a snack break.
• We’re located on the 2nd floor inside EuroKids Pre-School. If you face any difficulty, just ask the EuroKids staff or call us — we’ll be happy to guide you.
• If you’d prefer your child’s photos not to be shared on social media, simply inform us when you arrive.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If you can’t make it and let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we’d be happy to provide a credit to book another workshop within 60 days.
• You may also transfer your spot to another child with prior intimation and more than 24 hours’ in advance. 
  Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable, as materials and facilitators are planned in advance.
