At Inomi Creative Labs, every class and workshop is designed with love and care. We know life with little ones can sometimes be unpredictable, so we’ve kept our policies flexible while making sure our sessions run smoothly for all children.

Regular Classes (Nurture Lab & Ongoing Programs)

• Fees for regular classes are non-refundable once a batch has started.
• We understand that children may occasionally miss classes due to unforeseen reasons. To support families, we allow up to 3 missed classes per month to be carried forward. This means fees for the following month will be charged after your child has attended the 3 pending sessions.
• Please note: while we’ll always try our best to help children catch up, we cannot promise that missed topics will be covered fully.
• If Inomi cancels a class (due to unforeseen reasons), we will either schedule a make-up session or adjust the fee proportionately.

One-time Workshops / Events

• Registrations for workshops are non-refundable once booked.
• If your child can’t attend, you may transfer the booking to another child of a suitable age group by confirming with us at least 24 hours in advance.
• In the rare case that Inomi cancels a workshop/event, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend another session of equal value.

General Notes

• All cancellations or transfer requests can be made easily via email or WhatsApp.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and credited to the original payment method in 7–10 working days.
• Inomi may reschedule a class or workshop in case of emergencies, and we’ll always inform parents in advance.
