Meet Our Founder – Where Creativity Meets Care
Priya Pakad, an alumna of NID – Ahmedabad and FMS – Delhi, blends design thinking with business expertise to create learning experiences that are both structured and imaginative.
With a background in creative education, Priya’s 8+ years in corporates like Amazon, Urban Ladder, and startups gave her a perspective unlike many of her peers. She discovered that creativity isn’t just a hobby – it’s a way of thinking that helps navigate challenges, explore new solutions, and confidently build something from scratch.
Recognising the power of creative and lateral thinking in both leadership roles and life, she founded Inomi to empower children with the same mindset from an early age.
More Than a Name – The Meaning & Inspiration Behind ‘Inomi’
Though Inomi sounds close to the Japanese word for “prayer,” “talent,” or “beautiful,” our name holds a deeper, more personal meaning. It’s inspired by our founder’s late mother, Mohini Pakad – a creative, joyful, and warm-hearted woman whose spirit continues to inspire everything we do.
Inomi was born out of her love for imagination, kindness, and spreading joy. Every program, every activity, and every smile is a way to keep her values alive and share her spirit with children and families everywhere.
