How can a single folded sheet of paper become part of a larger 3D masterpiece?
In this hands-on modular origami workshop for kids in Gurugram, children will explore how simple paper units combine to form geometric shapes and stunning 3D structures.

They’ll begin by learning the fundamental concept of modular origami — how repetition and precision in folding help build strong, balanced forms. The joy of this technique lies in its rhythm: making the same unit again and again helps reinforce the folding process naturally, improving focus and fine-motor skills along the way.

Guided step-by-step by our facilitators, kids will fold, connect, and assemble multiple colorful modules to create cubes, stars, and other playful geometric designs. Each fold teaches patience and problem-solving — and by the end, every child walks away with their own 3D paper creation, a blend of art, math, and mindfulness. 🎨📦

🌀 Session Plan

1️⃣ Introduction: Discovering Modular Origami (15 mins)
We’ll start with a quick dive into what modular origami is — and how many small folded pieces can come together to make amazing 3D forms. Kids will see inspiring examples and discuss how shapes, symmetry, and color patterns work together.

2️⃣ Hands-On Activity: Folding & Building (90 mins)
Children will learn to fold identical paper units and connect them — no glue required! They’ll practice precision, patience, and color play as they create modular cubes, stars, or custom geometric structures.

3️⃣ Wrap-Up, Quiz & Showcase (15 mins)
We’ll celebrate everyone’s paper creations in a mini “origami gallery.” Kids will reflect on what they enjoyed and learned before posing for a cheerful group photo! 🌈✨

💛 Important Instructions:

• Parents are requested to drop off and pick up after the session.
• Limited waiting space is available outside the studio; no waiting is allowed inside EuroKids reception or classrooms.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so your child can settle in comfortably before we start.
• Carry a water bottle to stay refreshed.
• Ensure your child eats well before the session — we’ll be busy crafting and won’t have a snack break.
• Dress your child in comfortable clothes — things might get a little sparkly!
• We are located on the 2nd floor inside EuroKids Pre-School premises. If you have trouble finding us, just ask the EuroKids staff or call our team — we’ll be happy to guide you.
• If you’d prefer that your child’s photos not be shared on social media, simply let us know when you arrive.

🪁 Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If your child can’t make it and you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, we’ll be happy to offer a credit that can be used within 60 days for any future workshop.
• You can also transfer your spot to another child of a suitable age group with 24 hours’ notice.
• Please note that last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows are non-refundable, as materials and facilitators are prepared in advance.
