To set the tone\, the workshop begins with a short meditation and breathing exercise\, helping children relax\, settle their thoughts\, and ease into a peaceful creative space. \nChildren will then work on a large canvas painting\, creating their own Buddha artwork step-by-step. The canvases will be lightly pre-marked to support them\, guided through basic canvas techniques like colour layering\, brush control\, and composition\, while maintaining a calm and focused pace. Soft\, calming music will play in the background\, creating a soothing environment that encourages focus and relaxation. \nThe emphasis is not on rushing\, but on creating with patience\, intention\, and a sense of calm—allowing each child to enjoy the process and express themselves freely. \n👕 Dress Code: Light\, comfortable cotton clothes that can get messy.
