Our monthly GameCraft Workshop\, in collaboration with The Board Game Project\, turns ordinary board games into extraordinary tools for building essential life skills. 🌟 \nThrough guided gameplay\, children will explore strategy\, teamwork\, and problem-solving — all while having a blast with curated games from around the world. Each session introduces a fresh mix of board games that strengthen different thinking and social skills\, helping kids learn how to plan\, adapt\, and collaborate with others. \nIn our October edition\, children will play the following board games:\n🎯 Connect 4 – Builds spatial understanding\n🕵 Guess Who? – Sharpens logic and deduction\n🧩 Dobble – Improves focus and concentration \nWith every move and turn\, kids learn to think critically\, communicate better\, and make decisions confidently — in a safe\, guided\, and joyful setting. \nSession Plan:\nIntroduction & Game Explanation (15 minutes) \nWe’ll begin the session with the purpose of GameCraft. We’ll introduce the selected board games\, explain their rules. \nGuided Gameplay (90 minutes) \nChildren will be divided into small groups\, with each group guided by a facilitator. The guided gameplay will encourage collaboration\, communication\, and creative thinking as kids plan moves\, solve problems\, and work as a team. \nDiscussion (15 minutes) \nAfter gameplay\, everyone will come together for a reflection circle. We will guide the discussion by asking what the children learned. This helps children experience the real-world skills like teamwork\, patience\, and strategic thinking. \nWhat Kids Will Learn:\n✅ Critical thinking and decision-making through gameplay\n✅ Teamwork\, collaboration\, and social interaction\n✅ Strategic thinking\, focus\, and patience\n✅ Problem-solving in fun\, real-time challenges \n\n💛 Important Instructions:\n\nPlease make sure your child eats well before the session — we’ll be busy crafting and won’t have a snack break.\nBring along a water bottle to stay refreshed.\nDress your child in comfortable clothes — things might get a little sparkly!\nArrive 5–10 minutes early so your child can settle in comfortably before we start.\nParents are requested to drop off and pick up after the session. Children and parents will visit the Captain Chandan Lal Special Middle School for the Blind to meet students who learn and live with incredible spirit. It’s a heartwarming experience to build empathy and see how courage can truly light up lives. ✨ \nJoin us for a meaningful visit and interaction session at the Captain Chandan Lal Special Middle School for the Blind (Sector 71\, Gurugram)\, where Inomi kids and parents will get a chance to meet\, observe\, and connect with visually impaired students (Nursery to 8th grade). \nThrough this experience\, children will see how their peers — who follow the same CBSE curriculum — learn\, play\, and live with confidence and joy. The visit is designed to help kids build empathy\, awareness\, and appreciation for diverse abilities while realizing how determination and support can light up anyone’s life. ✨ \nSession Plan:\n11:30 AM – Arrival & Welcome \nAssemble directly at the venue and meet the Inomi Creative Labs team (POC: Shubhika & Priya). We’ll gather briefly to share the plan for the day and get to know each other before the visit begins. \n12:00 – 12:30 PM – Guided School Tour \nMeet the school principal and take a guided tour of the school while classes are in session. Experience how subjects like Math\, English\, and Hindi are taught using Braille\, tactile learning tools\, and interactive methods designed for visually impaired students. \n12:30 – 1:00 PM – Demonstration & Interaction \nWatch a live demonstration by the school faculty showcasing innovative tools and devices that help visually impaired students in their daily lives — such as Braille calendars\, colour detectors\, and talking devices. \nChildren and parents will also have a chance for a Q&A session to ask questions and better understand how these aids support independent learning. \n1:00 – 1:30 PM – Lunch or Playtime \nFamilies may choose to: \n🍛 Enjoy an optional lunch with the students in the school cafeteria (available at an additional cost\, payable directly to the school at the venue)\, or \n⚽ Spend time interacting and playing with the children during their recreation break. \n\n1:30 – 2:00 PM – Cultural Performance & Closing \nGather together to enjoy a special performance by the school students\, celebrating music\, rhythm\, and joy. \nThe session will close with a short thank-you interaction with the principal.
