Through hands-on games\, creative challenges\, and visual storytelling\, children explore what makes a balanced plate — understanding how different food groups keep their bodies active\, strong\, and happy. \nKids will design their very own “My Healthy Plate” — identifying proteins\, carbs\, vegetables\, fruits\, and treats — and learn how to make smarter food choices every day. \nNo boring theory\, just discovery through play! Guided by our facilitators\, they’ll learn how to blend colours smoothly\, layer soft tones\, and use brushstrokes to create depth and light. \nThrough gentle guidance\, children will also explore colour theory — discovering how shades of blue\, green\, and black come together to create a mesmerising night effect. Along the way\, they’ll learn about silhouettes — what they are\, how they form\, and how light and shadow play a role in bringing them to life. \nEach brushstroke will help them slow down\, focus\, and find joy in the creative process. By the end\, every child will take home their own serene night sky — a painting that captures both peace and imagination. 🌌 \n\n\n🎨 Session Plan\n1. Introduction & Inspiration (15 mins)We’ll begin by observing the beauty of the night sky — how stars twinkle\, the moon glows\, and shadows form.
